Grants to USA small businesses whose owners are members of eligible minority populations to address business needs related to Coronavirus (COVID-19) challenges. Funding is intended for equipment, business fees, physical improvements, and general operating support. Applicants must own businesses located on a historical main street, downtown, or commercial district and must identify as Native or Indigenous, Hispanic or Latinx, LGBTQ+ or as immigrants, refugees, or forcibly displaced.
