Grants to Nevada nonprofit organizations and government entities in eligible areas for projects and programs that benefit local residents. Funding is intended to help organizations respond to critical community needs within the focus areas of mental health, substance abuse, domestic violence, youth, seniors, disabilities, health care, and education. Eligible applicants serve Carson City communities.

Proposals must meet one of the following critical needs of the community:

  • Mental Health/Substance or Domestic Abuse Services
  • Youth Services
  • Disabled Services
  • Health/Dental Services
  • Senior Services
  • Educational Services

Term of Contract:

Current applications are for the 12-month period beginning July 1, 2021.

Additional Eligibility Criteria:

Nonprofit organizations and government agencies are qualified to fill out the Letter of Intent. Projects or programs must be for Carson City residents.

Pre-Application Information:

Letters of Intent will be due on January 15, 2021, by 4:00 p.m.

Notifications for eligibility to apply will go out at the end of January 2021.
