Fellowships of $5,000 to USA women business owners to assist them in growing their businesses. In addition to the cash grant, selected fellows will participate in a learning workshop series and a pitch day and have access to networking opportunities and education programs.

The Fellows Program provides the community of support that women entrepreneurs need to connect, learn, and grow their business.

Each Fellow will commit to a one-year fellowship which includes:

  • A $5,000 grant to further their business education.
  • A five day trip to our Tory Burch campus, located in Jersey City, NJ that will include participation in a series of  experiential learning workshops on entrepreneurship and leadership development led by notable experts.
  • The five-day trip will culminate with a Pitch Day event. Ten (10) select Fellows will be invited to present their businesses.
  • Access to education programs and networking opportunities.

Number of Grants:

Review committees will assess the submissions to determine up to 50 Fellows.

Estimated Size of Grant:

Fellows will receive:

- A five-day workshop series at the Tory Burch Offices (expense-paid trip)
- One-year Fellowship with the Tory Burch Foundation
- $5,000 grant for business education
- A group of 10 Fellows will be invited to participate in Pitch Day

Term of Contract:

Fellow will commit to a one-year fellowship.

Additional Eligibility Criteria:

Applicant Criteria:

- A woman entrepreneur who owns a majority stake in a qualifying business and manages it on a day-to-day basis
- 21 years or older as of application due date
- Proficient in English
- A legal resident of the United States

Business Criteria:

- For-profit, from any industry
- Early stage (one to five years of operations preferred)
- Generating revenues (minimum of $75,000 in revenue during 2018)
- Formed under United States law and operating in the United States

Not Eligible for this Program:

- Nonprofit organizations
- Idea stage ventures
- Subsidiary businesses or franchisee

Employees of Organizer, Tory Burch LLC, Tory Burch LLC’s affiliate entities, and/or their respective vendors, and members of their respective households and immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings, children, and each of their respective spouses) are not eligible for the Program.
